Therapy is a collaborative and compassionate process during which you, as the client, determine the pace and direction and establish the goals based on your needs and concerns.

I am an empathetic and caring listener, who will facilitate the process to find ways to reduce your stress, manage your symptoms, and move toward more positive mental health. I have worked with many different people throughout my career in education and aim to do the same in counselling with a focus on LGBTQ2S+ and neurodivergent individuals and clients with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, attachment distress, low self-worth, for example.

As a deeply empathetic and open-minded person, I adhere to a client-centred model and creating an integrative therapeutic approach to best meet your needs will be my primary  priority. I have learned and practiced many theoretical interventions, such as those related to attachment, Solution-focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive approaches.

Roslin is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently doing her clinical practicum at Radiant Wings.

“Therapy is a collaborative process and I strive to create a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and respected. I want you, the client, to be able to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a space rooted in safety, warmth, and acceptance.

I am interested in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, low self-worth, and other personal challenges. As a student therapist, I am developing an integrative approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic perspectives to meet the individual needs of each client.

I believe healing unfolds at its own pace. Meaningful change happens when you feel safe to explore your experiences and reconnect with yourself. My hope is to walk alongside you as you begin to trust your voice, your strength, and your sense of self.

When I’m not curled up reading with my cats, I enjoy spending time in cozy, community-oriented spaces and practicing creative writing.”
